Ken Roylance, Compliance Investigator, who retired on March 29, 2010 after 15 years of service with the State of Wyoming and 11 years as a Department of Transportation investigator. This accompanies 10 years as a police officer with the City of Laramie, Wyoming.

Robert Smigel, Division Manager, who retired on July 1, 2009 after 35 years of service with the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles.

Special Agent in Charge G. Jon Setzer, who retired on April 30, 2009 after 20 years of service with United States Department of Transportation / National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Office of Odometer Fraud Investigations.

Captain George O'Donnell who retired on February 23, 2009 after 30 years of service with the Iowa Department of Transportation.
