Congratulations and Best Wishes to:

 

Ken Roylance, Complainace Investigator, who retired on March 29, 2010 after 15 years of service with the State of Wyoming and 11 years as a Department of Transportation investigator.  This accompanies 10 years as a police officer with the City of Laramie, Wyoming.  

Robert Smigel, Division Manager, who retired on July 1, 2009 after 35 years of service with the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles.
 

Special Agent in Charge G. Jon Setzer, who retired on April 30, 2009 after 20 years of service with United States Department of Transportation / National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Office of Odometer Fraud Investigations.

 

Captain George O'Donnell who retired on February 23, 2009 after 30 years of service with the Iowa Department of Transportation.

Steve Duvall, who retired in October of 2008 after 34 years of service with the Indiana State Police.


Jerry Auch, Compliance and Dealer Services Manager, who retired in 2008 with the North Dakota Motor Vehicle Division.

 

Major Kerry Kirkpatrick, who retired on June 27, 2008 after 40 years of service with the Iowa Department of Transportation.

Supervising Investigator Shirley Baumann, who retired on January 30, 2008, after 33 years of service with the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

Captain James Kazimour, who retired on December 31, 2007 after 33 years 7 months of service with the Illinois Secretary of State, Department of Police.

 

Branch Manager Annette Holmes, who retired on July 27, 2007 from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Motor Vehicle Licensing Division.

 

Pat Lightfoot, Assistant Chief of Investigations retired on July 1, 2007 after 30 ½ years of service with the Ohio BMV.

 

Administrator Lyle Paulson, who retired on April 30, 2007 after 27 years of service with the North Dakota Department of Transportation.

 

Investigator Russell Laurens, who retired on April 30, 2007 from the Georgia Governors Office of Consumer Affairs.

 

Chief Deputy Larry Schmidt, who retired on February 28, 2007 after 30 years of service from the Illinois Secretary of State, Department of Police.
